A current list of registered vendors and all unsold spaces can be found below. These lists are updated often, and the date of the last report is at the bottom of the vendor list. Spaces are subject to prior sale, and the MTA reserves the right to move vendors when necessary.

The Sussex County Fairgrounds (click for site map) is one of the largest show locations on the East Coast. Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Spaces are offered to returning vendors from the previous year’s show between January 1st and February 1st. After February 1st, the remaining spaces will be opened to new vendors. Returning vendors must reclaim their spots in January.
NOTE: The MTA sells food at the show as a fundraiser. We therefore do not permit additional onsite food vendors, unless approved in advance by the MTA.
Due to the size of the Sussex County Fairgrounds complex, the areas for vending are spacious and feature large aisleways for customers. The cost is $30 per space for the weekend for all spaces (except the large spaces in the Poultry Building, which are $45 per space). There are five types of vendor spaces available:
Inside Vendor tables in the Richards Building (click for layout) are located in a freestanding, fully enclosed metal building that will be heated if necessary. Space rental includes an 8-foot sales table and chairs (if requested), which are supplied without additional charge.
Inside Vendor spaces in the Poultry Building (click for layout) are located in an unheated and clean metal building. The Poultry Building contains one large spot for a commercial vendor in a portion of the building and 25 vendor spaces in the remaining portion, identified as P1 thru P25. Of these 25 spaces, 15 are 17’ x 12’ and 10 are 17’ x 18’. The larger spaces are $45 per space.
Covered Outdoor vendor spaces (click for layout) are 20' x 10' areas located in three "shed" buildings and numbered 01 to 048. These buildings are open on the sides and unheated, but protected from the elements by a roof. Vendors in these buildings have a dry display area, even in the event of inclement weather.
Grandstand covered outdoor spaces (click for layout) are 20' x 10' and located in a premium location adjacent to the kitchen area and identified as G1 to G29 (excluding G26). In this space, multiple spots can be joined front to back in the center area. At the grandstand area spots, vendors will not be able to drive directly to their space (due to the design of the area), and will have to carry or hand truck items to and from spots during setup and at the end of the show. These spots have open sides, but the grandstand roof provides rain protection.
Uncovered Outdoor spaces (click for layout) are 20’ x 10’ and located in parking areas spread throughout the site. They are identified as spaces O50 to O69.
Although a car or a jeep will fit into some of the Covered Outdoor spaces, a larger truck or Deuce and a Half will not fit under any covered area because of size constraints. No vehicles may be brought into the Grandstand or Inside Vendor spaces. Vendors may wish to select Uncovered Outdoor spaces if they want to set up their own tents or sell out of the back of a large vehicle.
